Ciara has dropped her $15 million defamation lawsuit against Future. According to TMZ, she filed the necessary documents at Future’s native Fulton County, Georgia, on January 6. The case has been dismissed “with prejudice,” meaning that she can’t refile the suit.

Ciara filed that lawsuit last year, in the midst of a custody battle that had folks forgetting that at one point, she and Future were relationship goals. At the top of 2016, Future accused Ciara of having “control problems” when it came to their son, also named Future. He was granted joint custody, though only after Ciara filed the lawsuit, saying that Future’s comments harmed her reputation and livelihood.

As the year wore on, though, Future had a change of heart. “I don’t want you to go through this shit and for it to come back on my son, my kid,” he said in Rolling Stone. Meanwhile, Ciara married Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson; they are now expecting their first child.
