Coldplay Reportedly To Play Dead Sea “Peace Concerts” For Israelis And Palestinians

Coldplay has reportedly signed on to play two “peace concerts” for Israelis and Palestinians in November 2017.

According to The Times of Israel, the joint shows are scheduled for November 3 and November 4 and will take place at an outdoor location north of the Dead Sea. Though security and final logistics still need to be squared away, fifty thousand tickets are slated go on sale and will be sold in both Israeli and Palestinian territories. The publication notes that the goal of the concert series is “to promote human rights and to bring people together.”

Not to mention, Chris Martin and co. will also come to Israel two weeks prior to show time and record a song with Israeli and Palestinian musicians.
