Carly Rae Jepsen & Charli XCX Hit The Studio Together: See Photos
Expect this to be massive. Last night (March 15), Carly Rae Jepsen and Charli XCX hit the studio together, recording at the same damn time. The photographic proof was shot by producer Justin Raisen (Sky Ferreira, Santigold), at a Glendale, California studio.
Other photos showed Carly Rae hanging out with producer Patrik Berger (“Boom Clap,” Robyn‘s “Dancing On My Own”) and German pop singer MDNR.
Keep in mind that Carly Rae has diligently working on her follow-up to 2015’s E·MO·TION since October. Charli’s as-yet untitled third album, with the Lil Yachty-featuring “After the Afterparty,” is also a work in progress, though her just-released Number 1 Angel mixtape should tide fans over for now.
