It Looks Like Selena Gomez Is In Kygo’s “It Ain’t Me” Video After All
Selena Gomez has skipped the videos for her last two collaborations, Charlie Puth’s “We Don’t Talk Anymore” and Cashmere Cat’s “Trust Nobody,” and fans were worried she would make it three from three with “It Ain’t Me.” After all, Kygo posted a snippet of the video on Instagram (in retrospect, it might have just been a promo teaser) and the Revival diva is nowhere to be seen. Well, Selenators can breathe a little easier. The Norwegian DJ performed at Ultra over the weekend and shared a couple of seconds of the clip. And Selena’s in it. I think.
To be honest, it’s hard to tell from the blurry, fan-filmed video, but a woman, who looks an awful lot like Selena, opens a curtain at one point. Hopefully, that’s not the sum-total of her involvement! “It Ain’t Me” is a smash hit by any measure. It’s still the third-most streamed song in the world, has been top 10 across Europe and peaked at number 12 on the Billboard Hot 100. However, it needs a heavily-streamed video to go top 10 and that’s probably not going to happen without the pop star. Watch the preview below.
