Iggy Azalea & Zedd's 'Baywatch' Collab
Iggy Azalea & Zedd have a new song on the 'Baywatch' soundtrack.

Zedd & Alessia Cara’s “Stay” is currently in a close battle with Kygo & Selena Gomez’s “It Ain’t Me” to be spring’s biggest club/pop collaboration. It should nudge into the lead with the arrival of a surprising emotional video. Directed by Tim Mattia, the clip is obviously inspired by Sliding Doors — the 1998 movie that examines how one small decision (or twist of fate) can impact on someone’s life. In this case, the Canadian pop star doesn’t stop an elevator for Zedd in one scenario. In the next, she does and romance blooms.

Unfortunately, things don’t end well for the budding couple. Which is strange because it’s such a happy song. That’s actually what sets it apart from the emo-bangers clogging up pop radio. Anyway, watch the action unfold up top. “Stay” is perched at number 14 on the Billboard Hot 100. It should crack the top 10 next week (or the week after, at the latest). It’s currently sitting at number 2 on iTunes and just went top 10 on pop radio. When you factor in video views, a top 5 birth is a distinct possibility.

STAY MUSIC VIDEO. TOMORROW!!!
