Last week, Us Weekly writer Nick Hautman tweeted that Camila Cabello‘s debut solo single is out May 5. Now, there is proof that he may have been on to something. Last night (April 22) Roger Gold, 300 Entertainment co-founder and Camila’s manager, tweeted, “CC1” — that’s it. But that is all that fans needed to know that her solo music does indeed exist.

That morning, Camila had left the studio, saying she is “so excited to share this story with you guys.”

Since leaving Fifth Harmony, Camila has done a few notable collaborations with Machine Gun Kelly (“Bad Things”), Pitbull and J Balvin (“Hey Ma”). When Billboard visited her at the studio in February, she was inspired by ShakiraAlicia Keys’ “No One,” Rihanna’s ANTI and the Cuban music she heard growing up.
