Camila Cabello’s “Crying In The Club” Cover Is Being Projected On Buildings
The pop girls have really upped the promo ante this week. Katy Perry signed on for the reboot of American Idol and announced her new LP, Witness. Miley Cyrus has dropped by every radio station with more than three listeners and taken over NBC. Selena Gomez changed her Twitter profile pic (ok, so she has definitely gone to the least effort) and Camila Cabello’s “Crying In The Club” cover art is being projected on buildings around the world. It’s a bold move for someone who is essentially a new artist to most music listeners.
The former Fifth Harmony diva announced the title of her debut solo single yesterday (May 16) and shared some moody snippets from the video, which find her huddled in a corner and taking a bath. There’s a clip with a little choreography, which hints at the track at least being mid-tempo. “Crying In The Club” is the first taste of the 20-year-old’s debut LP, The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving.. The title reportedly refers to the isolation she felt in 5H and her subsequent journey. See pics of Camila’s elaborate promo below.
