'Chasing Destiny' group June's Diary take no prisoners in their fiery "L.A.N.C.E." video.

Well, this is a little messy. Kelly Rowland jumped on Twitter last night (June 7) and tweeted the lyrics to Fifth Harmony’s new single “Down.” However, the show of support didn’t go down well with fans of June’s Diary — the girl group she put together on Chasing Destiny. “You holding June’s Diary down? Since we doing 5H promo?” replied one miffed fan. “She’s fake af for this,” chimed in another. The issue seems to be the fact that June’s Diary hasn’t released a single since June 2016 and doesn’t seem to be getting any love from their record label.

“I felt like there was a void for a girl group in the music industry,” the Destiny’s Child diva told the New York Post. “There were so many girl groups back in the day and now there are only two,” she continues, referring to Fifth Harmony and Little Mix. “I want to show that women can get back to making money together.” Unfortunately, it’s hard for Shyann Roberts, Kristal Lyndriette, Brienna DeVlugt, Ashly Williams and Gabrielle Carreiro to earn cash when they can’t get a single released and their mentor is publicly supporting another group. See the backlash on Twitter below.
