Drake Addresses Amanda Bynes Tweets
Drake covers 'XXL' magazine and addresses those "ugly" tweets from Amanda Bynes.

Back in 2013, Amanda Bynes was going through it. All of it. There were disheveled wigs and troubling substance-abuse rumors aplenty. But the cherry on top was when the former child actress asked Drake to murder her vagina on Twitter. Now Bynes has cleaned up her act and is here to explain exactly what she meant when she asked the Canadian rapper to get violent with her nether region.

“I actually wasn’t being insincere,” the 31-year-old told Diana Madison on The Lowdown in her first interview in five years. “I was saying ‘murder my vagina’… I was serious but I was also on drugs.” Bynes went on to explain that the unforgettable post was definitely meant to get the “No Frauds” performer’s attention but she admits it was also a drug-fueled attempt to crack a joke. “So that was my way of saying ‘Let’s do it, man’ but I was on drugs and trying to be hilarious,” she continued.

Based on the interview, the former Nickelodeon starlet has really turned things around. Nowadays she’s studying fashion in the hopes of someday starting her very own fashion line. “I’ve been going to school lately, fashion school, FIDM. And I love it. I’ve learned how to sew, I’ve made patterns, and I want to start a clothing line in the future, so FIDM has been helping me with that. Other than that I hike, I go spinning — I take spinning classes — and I feed the homeless,” she said. “And that’s been really interesting and fun.” Bravo, Amanda! Watch the full interview up top.
