Shania Teases Comeback Single
The country legend teases new single ''Life Is About To Get Good'' and 'TODAY' performance.

Shania Twain is reportedly dropping “Life’s About To Get Good,” her first single in 15 years, on Friday (June 16). The proof? Well, the country legend is performing it on The Today Show on the same date and she’s running a countdown with the hashtag #SummerOfShania on social media. The 51-year-old debuted the uplifting anthem at Stagecoach in April and has teased it in commercials for the upcoming Winter Olympics. “Life’s about joy, life’s about pain, it’s all about the giving and the will to walk away,” she sings. “I’m ready to be loved and loved the way I should. Life’s about to get, life’s about to get good.”

What’s it all about? “I was thinking, ‘OK, what is life about?’ I was being kind of serious; I was reflecting: Life’s about joy, life’s about pain, life’s about this, life’s about that,” Shania said in a recent interview. “Then all of a sudden: ‘Life’s about to get good.’ And I thought, ‘What a great play on words! How fun is that? Who uses ‘about’ as a play on words? I’m sure no one’s ever written that before and I was all excited.” It will be interesting to see how the country queen’s comeback single is received. It sounds like we won’t have long to wait.

The countdown is on…⠀ SO excited for you to hear 'Life's About To Get Good' #SummerOfShania
