Selena Gomez's Letter To Gay Fans
Selena Gomez writes a love letter to the LGTBQ community as part of Pride Month.

Selena Gomez signed on to be Coach’s brand ambassador earlier this year, so it only makes sense that pop’s it-girl would star in the label’s fall campaign. The pics, which are already wreaking havoc on social media, find the “Bad Liar” singer rocking prairie dresses in various earth tones in the back of a 1976 Plymouth Fury. Why that car? It symbolizes “the freedom and endless possibility of the open road,” according to designer Stuart Vevers. I’m not sure about that, but the campaign looks chic, sophisticated and very wearable.

Interestingly, the entire campaign was informed by Selena’s massive social following. (She is the most-followed person on Instagram). “She’s found a way to communicate with the next generation. That, to me, was fascinating,” Vevers says of his new poster girl. “At the end of the day I know that’s how most people are going to see these images so I’m very conscious of that. We did loads of like fun stuff on the day. Selena took some cool videos where she shows what a shoot day is like for her — the things that she sees, the racks of clothes.”
