“Fetish” Wasn’t The Only Selena Gomez Song To Arrive Last Night

Selena Gomez's Quirky 'Fetish'
Selena Gomez's new single is every bit as sexy as the title suggests.

Selena Gomez literally broke iTunes with new single “Fetish,” but that wasn’t the only taste of SG2 to arrive last night (July 12). A track called “Stained” also surfaced online and it’s another devastatingly good electro-pop anthem. “You were the one that made me believe that I could be better,” the pop star pouts over gloomy synths. “Yeah, you were the one, the one that I would run to.” Unfortunately, this love story doesn’t have a happy ending. “Now I’m stained by you,” Sel sings on the hook-laden chorus. “Like a coffee ring upon this table.”

It’s emo and introspective. In other words, the exact opposite of the loved-up and exuberant “Bad Liar” and cocky “Fetish.” Selena promised that every song on the album would sound different to the next and it looks like she’s going to keep that promise. The opus also has the potential to be thematically diverse, charting the ups and downs of a relationship. It could also touch on the aftermath of a break-up if she includes “Feel Me” and “It Ain’t Me” (she probably won’t). “Stained” was quickly wiped from the interwebs, but it will be back. In the meantime, stream Selena’s latest below.
