Julia Michaels Reveals The Tracklist Of Mini-Album ‘Nervous System’
Julia Michaels ranks as one of 2017’s break-out artists thanks to the massive success of “Issues.” The 23-year-old, who made the leap from songwriter to pop star look easy, followed it up with the equally great “Uh Huh” — a track that has every chance of conquering radio later in the summer. With two hits in the can, the rising star is ready to drop her debut EP (or mini-album as she likes to call it). “Time for new music guys!” she wrote on Instagram. “On July 28th, I’m releasing what I call a ‘mini-album’ called Nervous System. I can’t wait for you guys to hear it.”
Julia also revealed the blurry cover art, which finds her looking pretty in pink against a floral background, and shared the tracklist. The mini-album includes her two hits as well as five new tracks including the emo-sounding “Worst In Me” and “Don’t Wanna Think.” Expectations for the project will be sky-high given the double-platinum success of “Issues” and much-deserved buzz building around her.
