Lana Del Rey's Cosmic 'Love' Video
The past, present and future collide in Lana Del Rey's cosmic 'Love' video.

After an extended rollout, Lana Del Rey’s Lust For Life album is finally here. The sprawling 16-track album is the dream-pop goddess’ most adventurous to date. She ventures out of her (occasionally tortured) mind to address broader issues like the state of the world. For example, the 32-year-old touches on political issues on “Coachella — Woodstock In My Mind,” “Change” and “When The World Was At War We Kept Dancing.” That’s not to say that Lana’s penchant for faded glamor and matters of the heart is absent.

Tracks like “Cherry,” “White Mustang” and “Groupie Love” will appeal to the faithful, while unusually upbeat anthems like “Love” and The Weeknd-assisted title track should bring in newcomers. Lust For Life is Lana’s 4th LP (5th if you include Paradise) since 2010 and another important step in her artistic evolution. Stream the album in full below and check back early next week for our detailed review.
