BTS Tops iTunes In 73 Countries
'Love Yourself (Her)' conquers iTunes. It's been a history-making 24 hours for BTS.

BTS will make their debut performance on US TV at the 2017 American Music Awards. The K-Pop titans will take the stage on November 19 to perform their current single, “DNA.” The track made history earlier this year as it became the highest-charting single from a K-Pop group on the Billboard Hot 100.

“It is such an honor for BTS and BigHit Entertainment to be invited to the American Music Awards as one of the performers,” a label representative told Forbes. Earlier this year, the septet made an appearance at the Billboard Music Awards where they won the Top Social Artist award.

2017 has been a breakthrough year for the group Stateside. Love Yourself ‘Her’ made a huge impact on the Billboard 200. Peaking at number 7, BTS became the only Korean act to crack the top 10 with an album. The campaign for world domination is far from over, however.

The K-Pop giants join Selena Gomez and Christina Aguilera as one of the first performers announced for this year’s show. The Revival hitmaker is set to perform her Marshmello collaboration, “Wolves,” while Xtina will pay tribute to Whitney Houston. Although the awards show got some heat for their male-centric list of nominees they are sure pulling out all the stops for their performers. Check out the official announcement below.
