Peking Duk & Elliphant's 'Stranger'
Peking Duk teams up with Swedish singer Elliphant for new single 'Stranger.'

Australian duo Peking Duk made waves with their debut EP, Songs To Sweat To, in 2015. That five-song set contained the hits “High,” “Take Me Over” and “Say My Name.” Since then, they have steadily been dropping singles — landing a top five hit at home with the Ellipant-assisted “Stranger.” Reuben and Adam join forces with another Swedish act for their new single. Icona Pop handles the vocal on “Let You Down,” a relatable, ruthlessly catchy banger about being terrible at relationships.

That theme is reflected in the comedic video, which finds a woman dodging her starry-eyed lover as he attempts to pop the question. She takes commitment phobia to new heights, jumping out of a moving vehicle and setting herself alight in order to avoid his proposal. “It was fun doing things for a music video that we hadn’t done before like working with stunt doubles,” the guys say of the visual. “At the end of the day it’s just a fun light hearted clip. Keep an eye out for the cameos!” We’re excited to premiere it below.
