A Rumor Rampage
The entire fraud debacle certainly sparked many rumors. Tabloids, the media and Internet users around the world began to speculate that the reasoning for the usage of the word was that Kenny Chesney was in fact gay. However, the two allegedly chose the word for fairly legal reasons, although the terminology didn’t quite fit. It seems as though the two were simply attempting to have an annulment granted, which can be hard to do. As mentioned, previously Renee refuted the rumors with a statement of her own and Kenny also took a stand saying, “I’ve got a long line of girls who could testify that I am not gay.”
Soon after, Kenny brought another woman into the spotlight with him.
