Pink's 'Beautiful Trauma:' Album Review
The pop star's latest album is a worthy addition to her iconic discography.

Pink suits up for the cover of Cosmopolitan’s January issue. The pop star rocks her trademark quiff and delivers a fierce growl. The fashion magazine also shared a second picture, which finds the 38-year-old wearing a blue, sequined dress. It’s all very familiar, but that’s part of the hitmaker’s appeal. She hasn’t really evolved, style-wise, since 2006. In addition to getting her supermodel on, Pink also listed Angelina Jolie’s character in Girl Interrupted as the fictional character she most identifies with and described some of her duet partners using one or two words.

According to the “What About Us” singer, Kenny Chesney is “charming” and Indie Arie is “fuckin awesome.” She described Sia, who she worked with on Stargate’s “Waterfall,” as “looney tunes,” while Eminem is a “genius.” As for Christina Aguilera? (In case you missed it, Pink revealed that they recorded a duet for the Lotus diva’s upcoming album). She’s “forgiven.” I’m sure her fans will appreciate that.
