The Ottowa Bluesfest is an annual festival that takes place in Ottowa, Canada. In 2011, the festival was going on without a hitch when a nasty storm him during Cheap Trick’s Performance. As the band played there was a downpour of rain, lightning, and eventually massive gusts of wind. Eventually, the wind compromised the stage, and a man was pierced in the stomach by a piece of the falling structure. He along with a man with a head injury and another with a neck injury was rushed to the hospital and thankfully recovered from their injuries. The storm also led to a stampede of thousands of people attempting to get away from the falling debris with luckily no casualties.
