Lily Allen is gearing up to unleash her anticipated fourth LP, No Shame. Today (March 9), things became official with the announcement of its release date. Billed as her “most personal, insightful and fully-formed record to date,” fans will be able to listen to it in full on June 8.

In a press release, the “Smile” siren opened up about how the project became an opportunity to creatively work through personal struggles and also to bare her soul. “I believe that we as humans work through things by talking about them, and that’s what making music is for me. It’s sharing things that you hope are going to connect with people, not that are going to connect with algorithms.”

Along with the news, Lily unveiled two new buzz tracks from the LP, “Higher” and “Three.” These follow the album’s lead single, “Trigger Bang,” and offer more insight into her sonic direction this time around. The former is a melancholic, stripped back confessional. “You’ll be fine, stop crying. Dry your eyes, stop fighting. Rest that mind, give yourself some time. You might like what you find,” she croons over the sparse beat. The latter is a ballad written from the point of view of one of Lily’s daughters. All three tracks are available when the album is pre-ordered.

No Shame will be Lily’s first LP since she rolled out Sheezus in 2014. The album includes collaborations with Fryars, Mark Ronson, Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig, Burna Boy, P2J and Cass Lowe. In 2016, Ronson said Lily’s work for the new album was some of her best yet, so her comeback is sure to be brimming over with potential hits.

The 32-year-old will be keeping busy in the months leading up to No Shame’s release with performances scheduled across the globe. Later this month she will begin a string of intimate shows across the UK and Europe, and she added a show on each coast of America for April as well. After that, Lily is scheduled as the headlining act for several summer tours across Europe including London’s Mighty Hoopla and Common People in Southampton. With all the promo, it seems like a guarantee that she will storm the charts in the months leading up to her highly anticipated new LP. Listen to “Higher” below and “Three” up top!
