Halle Berry is 51-years-old but you would never guess it by looking at her. The stunning actress was ranked No. 1 on People’s “50 Most Beautiful People in the World” in 2003 and was also ranked No. 1 on FHM’s “Sexiest Women in the World.”
Berry maintains a strict diet as a diabetic and says she eats four small meals each day. She told Good Housekeeping, “I started to eat loads of wonderful fresh vegetables, chicken, fresh fish, and pasta. I cut out red meat and cut back on fruit because it can contain quite a lot of sugar.”
