Singer and actress Jennifer Lopez is one of the hardest working people in the entertainment industry. She acts in TV and film and has gone on several music tours. She was also a judge on American Idol. She’s had success with her fragrance and apparel line and the list goes on!
Lopez manages to do all of this and still look fabulous. Her workouts are brutal and she always gives it her best effort. Lopez told Hello Magazine, “I am 100 percent convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy. Dance has always been a huge part of my life and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness.”
