Sia, Diplo & Labrinth Unveil Their Second LSD Single, “Audio”
Last week Labrinth, Sia and Diplo launched music’s latest supergroup as they forged a new project called LSD. They kicked things off by unveiling their searing lead single, “Genius,” which garnered rave reviews. Today (May 10), they offered up a second taste of a forthcoming album with the release of their newest anthem “Audio.” Unsurprisingly, they have another massive hit on their hands.
“We got a ride, we got the night. I got the bottle, you got the light. We got the stars, we got audio,” Sia proclaims over sweet synths and a laid back beat on the opening lines. She and Labrinth trade off verses with Diplo delivering a bold production and some additional vocals. The trio also rolled out the video, which blends the animated world they introduced in the “Genius” visual with reality. Delivering striking choreography and surreal imagery, it is another must-watch release.
LSD is off to a strong start, and they are sure to find plenty of love on the charts. In the last week, “Genius” has amassed more than 6 million streams on Spotify and is showing signs of turning into a respectable hit. With its breezy production and cute video, “Audio” could easily eclipse their debut and find plenty of love on radio this summer. Check out their latest video and give the new track a listen up top!
