It has arrived! Fans have been patiently awaiting the release of Jennifer Lopez’s Cardi B and DJ Khaled collaboration “Dinero” since a snippet of it leaked back in January. After months of speculation, the 48-year-old uploaded the single cover and confirmed its release date yesterday (May 16). After rolling out her searing Spanish-language anthem “El Anillo” last month, her latest touched down today and is similarly massive.

On it, the “Us” siren brings a feisty performance. “Me and Benjamin Franco stay at the banco. Getting checks like Nike, everywhere that I go,” she brags on the opening lines. Khaled’s production grows under her voice and builds to a steady fizz that is sure to fill dance floors across the globe, and Cardi brings the fire for her verse. “Two bad bitches that came from the Bronx. Cardi from the pole and Jenny from the block,” she declares, signing off with flair.

Keep an eye peeled for the video to arrive shortly. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the diva confirmed it had already been shot. DJ Khaled shared some snaps from behind the scenes on his Instagram last month. We don’t know much about the release just yet. However, it is worth noting that Khaled tagged videographer and frequent collaborator Ivan Berrios in some photos from the shoot. It is possible that he has stepped up to direct the visual. Based on what we have seen thus far, it looks like a must-see event.

Speculation is high that the trio will also take the stage to perform the single at the Billboard Music Awards this weekend. During her interview with Fallon, JLo simply smiled when he asked if she would live premiere the track at the show. If they do, this will put them in good company. Christina Aguilera and Demi Lovato are set for their first performance of “Fall In Line,” and Shawn Mendes and Khalid will debut “Youth.” Considering the triple threat’s tendency toward intricately choreographed appearances, this would be a major highlight of the evening.

Boasting a massive production and powerhouse collaborators, “Dinero” could easily dominate the charts this summer. Everything Cardi touches right now seems to turn to gold, and Khaled is on something of a winning streak after last year’s “I’m The One” and “Wild Thoughts.” In fact, this may be the diva’s best chance for a multi-format radio hit since “On The Floor” dominated the charts in 2011. Give the playful anthem a listen below and prepare for the video to arrive.
