Diplo, French Montana, Lil Pump & Zhavia’s Wild “Welcome To The Party” Video
Deadpool 2 conquered the box office this week, bringing in a whopping $125 million. The soundtrack album is shaping up to be similarly successful with two very different songs in the iTunes top 20. Celine Dion’s soaring power ballad, “Ashes,” is currently perched at number 19 (it’s already her biggest hit in years), while Diplo’s star-studded “Welcome To The Party” is doing even better. The bone-rattling banger, which features French Montana, Lil Pump and Zhavia, is number eight and climbing. Fast.
The video arrived this morning (May 21) and it’s as wild and raucous as the song. The Jason Koenig-directed clip begins with Diplo counting stacks of cash, before passing one on to French. From there, we’re treating to action-packed snippets from the movie interspersed with clips of Lil Pump and Zhavia turning up in a club. The song marks the latter’s official debut. The 17-year-old nabbed a record deal after going viral with several performances on Fox’s hit talent show The Four. Watch up top.
