Ariana Grande has had an exceptionally busy month. The “No Tears Left To Cry” siren landed on the covers of The Fader and Vogue UK, and her forthcoming album, Sweetener, is available for pre-order today (June 20). But that’s not all. The 24-year-old also appeared on three new tracks. She kicked things off by linking up with Troye Sivan on his slow-burning “Dance To This” and reunited with Nicki Minaj on the Queen rapper’s sensual “Bed.” With her uplifting lead single still performing well, this means she spent several hours with three songs occupying the Top 10 on US iTunes. And she could very easily make that four songs with the unveiling of her second collab with Nicki on “The Light Is Coming.”

The twosome showcased their perfect chemistry with a string of collaborations on “Bang Bang,” “Side To Side” and “Get On Your Knees.” It is on display on their latest banger. Boasting a searing production courtesy of Pharrell, it is going to be a serious dance floor filler. Nicki opens the track with an empowered verse before ceding the track to Ari. “The light is coming to give back everything the darkness stole,” she chants over militaristic drums and slippery synths. Her voice is confident and sounds perfectly at home as it races over the production. All things considered, it sounds like the pop princess has another hit on her hands.

Things are looking exceptionally good for the collaborators right now. “Bed” is still performing pretty strongly on iTunes and is racking up serious streams on Spotify. It is bound to get a boost when they get around to rolling out the video. Nicki took to social media to tease it today, and it looks like they traveled to a tropical paradise for a sexy spectacle. “The Light Is Coming” should perform equally well. Keep an eye peeled for its official video, which is premiering on reebok.com at noon ET. Once it arrives, it seems safe to assume that the pair will have two tracks burning up the Billboard Hot 100. While we wait pre-order Sweetener here and stream “The Light Is Coming” below!
