Miley Is Working With Mark Ronson
Miley Cyrus is putting together her new album with a little help from Mark Ronson.

Mark Ronson has confirmed that he is working on Miley Cyrus’ 7th album. (Yes, I’m counting Dead Petz). The super producer posted a picture with the pop star accompanied by a glowing caption. “I don’t even know if this pic is real or fake because I was so busy giving strong JEW STEEL to the camera, I was unaware of who was to my left or right,” he joked. “All I know is, the girl in this snap helped me write one of my favorite songs. Coming soon.” That’s high praise indeed given that Amy Winehouse’s “Back To Black” and Christina Aguilera’s “Hurt” are in his discography.

Believe it or not, Miley started on this album before the release of Younger Now. “I’m already working on the next one,” the 25-year-old said in an interview last year. “I’m already two songs deep on the next one.” In fact, she already seemed a little bored with her new era. “I’m over this now. I want to figure out what I want to do next. Hopefully I can take some time — chill with the dogs, hand with the pigs a little bit more, take some time off. But just keep writing.” We first got whiff of Mark’s involvement when he tweeted about her vocal prowess. See his latest post below.
