Ashley Tisdale returns to the music scene with new track, 'You're Always Here.'

A lot of terrible things have happened in 2018, but this isn’t one of them. After a nine-year break, Ashley Tisdale is finally releasing the followup to Guilty Pleasure — an opus that well and truly lived up to its title. “I’m so excited for this album,” the Oscar-robbed actress that brought Sharpay Evans to life raves. “I’ve been in and out of the studio for the last four years and teaming up with John Feldmann has allowed me to create the most authentic album to date. I’ve co-written every song on the album and it’s so personal to me.”

While John is best known for his punk/rock songwriting and production with acts like Good Charlotte, Blink-182 and 5 Seconds Of Summer, he’s no stranger to pop having worked with Hilary Duff, Ashlee Simpson and The Veronicas. Symptoms will be released by the newly-launched Big Noise in fall. It follows a couple of stand-alone singles (romantic ballad “You’re Always Here” and a cover Paramore’s “Still Into You”), released in 2013 and 2016. While we wait for something new, revisit Ashley’s seminal dance-pop classic “He Said She Said” below.
