Nicki Minaj's 'Queen': Review
Does Nicki reclaim her throne on 4th LP, 'Queen'? Read our review and find out.

With Cardi B snapping at her heels, Nicki Minaj desperately needed Queen to reach number one in order to remind everyone of rap’s true pecking order. Instead, the album debuted at number two behind Travis Scott’s Astroworld and the “Chun Li” rapper didn’t handle it well. She fired up Twitter and blamed everyone from Spotify to the Kardashians for the situation. “I put my blood sweat & tears in writing a dope album only for Travis Scott to have Kylie Jenner post a tour pass telling ppl to come see her & Stormi,” the 35-year-old fumed. “I’m actually laughing.”

“Spotify put drake’s face on every playlist but told me they’d have to teach me a lesson for playing my music 10 mins early on #QueenRadio,” Nicki theorized in another tweet. “Even tho they’ve been giving away my music for free for years & I am one of the top Spotify artists of all time.” It seems like she is blaming everyone but herself for the album’s underperformance. Things might have turned out differently if she didn’t collaborate with a convicted child molester and put out punchier singles. See her tweets below.
