Anitta & Greeicy Splash Around In Their “Jacuzzi” Video
Brazilian pop goddess Anitta teamed up with Colombian hitmaker Greeicy on their collaboration, “Jacuzzi.” Joining their voices over a slinky beat, the duo find an easy chemistry on the track. An ode to capping off the night with a lover in the jacuzzi, it is a seriously sexy anthem that could easily climb the charts in the coming months. And they took things to the next level in the equally eye-popping video. In it, the ladies cozy up with one another under dramatic lighting in a club scene. Later they execute some simple but effective choreography as water rains down around them. Sensual and deeply enticing, it is all but bound to be a viral smash.
Considering the global success of Becky G and Natti Natasha’s sizzling “Sin Pijama” earlier this year, I wouldn’t be surprised if the ladies make an appearance on the Billboard Hot 100. This would mark both diva’s debut on the chart. However, Anitta climbed Billboard’s US Dance chart after hopping on Major Lazer’s “Sua Cara.” She also landed a hit earlier this year with the release of “Medicina.” Yesterday (October 25), the 25-year-old performed the track and picked up a trophy for Favorite Video at the 2018 Latin American Music Awards. Hopefully she and Greeicy are able to link up for a performance of their duet in the near future.
