Leona Lewis' 'I Am': Album Review
Leona's new album is about much more than just showcasing her voice.

It looks like we’re in the midst of a Leona Lewis revival! The big-lunged Brit scored a global hit earlier this year with a duet version of Calum Scott’s “You Are The Reason” and could land another one courtesy of a feature on Hellberg’s soaring “Headlights.” I’ve always enjoyed the “Bleeding Love” diva’s EDM excursions (“Collide” is sill that song) and the Swedish producer does an expert job of showcasing her powerful pipes. “I’ve been working on ‘Headlights’ for over a year now and I’m so excited to finally be able to release it with the amazing Leona Lewis,” he says.

“[She is] the most gracious and professional artist I’ve worked with and getting to know her these last few months has been amazing.” It seems the feeling is mutual. “Working with Hellberg on creating something so different has been a lot of fun!” Leona enthuses. “[The song] is about finding your own light and trusting in your own strength to get through tough times. I love being able to use my voice in different types of music to touch people across the world. I hope this song connects as deeply with everyone as it does with me.”

Unfortunately, Leona doesn’t appear in the music video but she’s there in spirit and represented on the number plate of a killer car! Watch it below.
