Juliette Lewis Wants Britney Spears To Save Us From Satan
It’s not unusual to turn to the holy scripture (i.e. Britney Spears’ discography) in times of struggle and hardship. As such, it’s not entirely surprising that Juliette Lewis has sought solace in the popular 2013 hymn, “Work Bitch.” The Oscar-nominated actress has gone viral after posting a video in which she calls on the pop princess to put out the dumpster fire that is 2018. “Can you save us Britney Spears? Can we be saved?” the 45-year-old laments. “God, why is satan controlling the universe?”
While I don’t have answers to those questions, it’s nice to see Juliette enjoying the classics. Of course, the Natural Born Killers actress is no stranger to music. She has released several albums with her rock band, Juliette Lewis And The Licks and dropped a solo EP in 2017 called Future Deep. That project was co-produced by Isabella Summers from Florence + The Machine and Cage the Elephant. See her highly relatable video below.
