Cardi B’s ‘Harper’s Bazaar’ Shoot Is A Nod To Shoe-Gate: 6 Pics
Cardi B comes full circle by landing on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar. The rapper made headlines around the globe when she was snapped leaving the magazine’s ICONS Party with a bump on her head and bare feet. (The aftermath of a heated altercation with Nicki Minaj). The 26-year-old now reenacts the event in a tongue-in-cheek photo shoot for the fashion bible. Not only that, but she gets to dress up like a fairy-tale princesses and ride a white stallion.
While the accompanying interview is largely focused on motherhood, there is a little update on her sophomore LP. “I’m planning to put a album every year,” Cardi reveals. “I like my sound. I like what I rap and I like my flows and I like how I do music. I do it for me. I do what I like. I haven’t worked my new album, but, it’s gonna happen.” In the meantime, the breakout star will hopefully be celebrating the success of Invasion Of Privacy with a Grammy Award (or two) on Sunday night.
