Troye Sivan & Lauv Roll Out Their “I’m So Tired…” Video In Time For Valentine’s Day

If you love or hate Valentine’s Day, I’m willing to bet someone released an anthem you relate to this week. Ciara, Tiffany Young and Alicia Keys celebrated with loved-up anthems. Katy Perry and Zedd’s “365” straddles the line with sugary lyrics and a heartbreaking video. Meanwhile, Years & Years and MNEK are solidly against the lovers’ day on “Valentino.” Troye Sivan and Lauv join the latter camp with the unveiling of their “I’m So Tired…” video. The heartbreak kings got a jumpstart on everyone else. Their instantly relatable single debuted last month and has been picking up speed on streaming services ever since.

Last week, they gave the bop a bump with a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live. And I’m hoping the new video propels them back onto the Billboard Hot 100. In it, the heartbroken BFs (short for best friends, folks) try to escape memories of their exes. However, every attempt is ruined by evidence of other happy couples all around them. Lauv’s solo diner trip is marred by lovers sharing a milkshake. And Troye can’t even ride along on top of a car without being interrupted by a duo snuggling up under the roof.
