Ariana Grande has a lot to celebrate right now. This week her “My Favorite Things”-sampling “7 rings” reigns supreme on the Billboard Hot 100 for an eighth week. In doing so, it becomes her longest-running number one on the chart, beating out last year’s “thank u, next” by a week. Meanwhile, Thank U, Next holds strong at number 2 on the Billboard 200. How is the 25-year-old celebrating the impressive feats? By partnering with friend and frequent collaborator Victoria Monét to drop a new song called “Monopoly.” After teasing the duet via some back and forth on Twitter last week, it arrived today (April 1). And it sounds like a smash.

Over a catchy production, the duo trade off vocal duties. “Bad vibes, get off of me,” they sing on the chorus. “Outta here with that fuckery. Treat my goals like property. Collect them like Monopoly.” A couple lines later the sweetener diva appears to allude to her sexuality by proclaiming that she likes women and men. There’s no confirmation, but social media is alight with speculation that she came out as bisexual on the line. That’s not all, though. The accompanying video arrived simultaneously and is an equally cute affair complete with emojis and other visual effects. After the release Ari hopped online to celebrate with a pair of tweets. “i …. love u bye. das dat on dat. enjoy,” she wrote in the first.

“To friendship, freedom, protecting your energy 🧚🏼‍♂️ and staying right in your bag 🖤 we love you,” she wrote in the second. All things considered, I wouldn’t be surprised to see this become yet another hit. Give the track a spin and check out the video below!
