FLETCHER Announces New Single “If You’re Gonna Lie”

FLETCHER has a breakout hit under her belt with this year’s “Undrunk.” The brutally honest anthem spoke to the masses with its frank depiction of a breakup. “Wish I could get a little un-drunk, so I could un-call you,” she admits on the infinitely relatable chorus. “At 5 in the morning, I would un-fuck you. But some things you can’t undo.” The catchy single amassed more than 36 million Spotify streams, which helped the 25-year-old land her first appearance on the Billboard Hot 100. Not only that, but it broke into the Top 20 on Billboard’s Pop Songs chart and was brought to life in an appropriately heartbroken music video.

And with any luck, she’ll soar even higher with the release of her new single “If You’re Gonna Lie.” FLETCHER announced the track and shared a brief snippet on social media yesterday. Not only that, but she confirmed the release date. We’ll be listening to her latest this Friday (April 26). And it looks like the song will act as a prequel of sorts to “Undrunk.” Based on the teaser we’ve already heard, it sounds like another emotional banger is on the way. At this rate, the song cannot come soon enough. While we wait for it to arrive, check out the official announcement below!
