Kaskade & Meghan's 'With You'
Meghan Trainor teams up with Kaskade for feisty club banger, 'With You.'

Meghan Trainor is the latest artist to partake in an episode of NBC’s Songland and leave with a bop. In case you haven’t been tuning in, the show gives undiscovered songwriters a chance to pitch their creations to superstars. The “All About That Bass” singer is known for her feisty lyrics and attitude-filled tunes, which made KOLE’s “Hurt Me” the perfect fit. “Don’t be so bitter, how ’bout we keep it sweet? No need to talk to me like we’re enemies,” she reprimands an ex on the catchy chorus.

“No, you were never worth all my energy and just ’cause you’re hurting don’t mean you get to hurt me.” The song is perfectly aligned with Meghan’s aesthetic and wouldn’t sound out of place on her upcoming Treat Myself LP. Speaking of which, we might have to wait a little longer. The 25-year-old is obviously in the mood to enjoy the summer, dropping one-off singles like this and killer collaborations like Kaskade’s “With You.” Improve your mood by at least 100 percent by listening to the hitmaker’s latest below.
