Carly Rae Jepsen is going to bless our ears with another bop next week. It’s only been a few months since the hitmaker graced us with Dedicated. Her first LP since 2015’s beloved E·MO·TION is easily one of the strongest pop projects of the year. But she’s not done just yet. Next Wednesday (July 31), she lends her voice to Gryffin’s new single “OMG.” Dan Griffith (Gryffin’s real name) announced the project and unveiled the official cover art on Instagram yesterday. “Big one coming next week,” he teased.

We don’t know much else about the project yet. However, it seems safe to assume that it will be big. CRJ never misses, and Gryffin’s track record is just as good. This year he’s already notched streaming hits with “All You Need To Know” and the Aloe Blacc-assisted “Hurt People.” The producer also linked up with Shawn Mendes for an effervescent remix of his Top 2-hit “If I Can’t Have You.” With any luck, the duo’s collaboration will net them both a supersized and very well-deserved chart hit. Check out the announcement post below while we wait for Wednesday to roll around.
