New Find: Delacey's 'My Man'
One To Watch. Delacey makes a great first impression with 'My Man.'

Tones and I (AKA Australian newcomer Toni Watson) has a global hit on her hands with “Dance Monkey.” The instantly, almost-irritatingly catchy anthem is a top 5 hit at home and already making huge moves on Spotify worldwide. In fact, the club-pop concoction has racked up more than 25 million streams since dropping in May. The appeal is obvious. This is one of those songs that just commands you to move. “Just like a monkey, I’ve been dancing my whole life,” the Mornington Peninsula native sings over frantic beats. “And you just beg to see me dance just one more time.”

That leads us to the irresistible chorus. “So I say, ‘Dance for me, dance for me, dance for me, oh oh oh,” Tones and I belts. “I’ve never seen anybody do the things you do before.” With Australasia already under her spell and Europe following suit, it’s only a matter of time before “Dance Monkey” explodes in the States. The unstoppable bop features on the breakout star’s The Kids Are Coming EP (due August 30) alongside debut single “Johnny Run Away” and recent buzz track “Never Seen The Rain.” Watch the extremely quirky video below.
