Tove Lo & Kylie Minogue’s “Really Don’t Like U” Drops Tonight

Pop worlds collide tonight (September 5) when Tove Lo and Kylie Minogue’s “Really Don’t Like U” arrives. “Surreal moments leading up to the MOST surreal of ALL,” the Swedish hitmaker captioned a pic with Kylie. “Tonight my song with the magical superstar… is out in the world!! No point in trying to get ready for [it].” It seems the pop queens struck up a friendship after co-headlining NYC Pride in 2018 and were eager to get into the studio together. From the briefest of snippets (bottom of post), it sounds like they delivered a bop.

“Really Don’t Like U” is the fourth single to be released from Tove’s Sunshine Kitty LP (September 20). The 31-year-old got the ball rolling with the rudely slept-on “Glad He’s Gone” and backed it up with a pair of killer collaborations. She teamed up with ALMA for “Bad As The Boys” and then recounted a one-night stand with a Frenchman on the Jax Jones-produced “Jacques.” If Tove’s duet with Kylie is anywhere near as good as those tracks, we’re in for a treat.
