Lukas Graham's 'Love Someone'
Lukas Graham has a hit on their hands (it's a band) with 'Love Someone.'

Lukas Graham landed a global smash with “7 Years” in 2016. The bittersweet anthem reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100, went six-times platinum and earned the Danish band three Grammy nominations. Some doubters wrote them off as one-hit wonders, but they proved them wrong by landing another radio smash with “Love Someone.” Now, less than a year after the release of 3 (The Purple Album), Lukas Graham is back with the first taste of their next LP. And “Lie” is basically the opposite of “Love Someone.” At least, thematically.

“So much for supposed-to-bes, girl I wish you luck getting over me,” Lukas Forchhammer begins the brutal breakup anthem. “And supposedly you’re with him, but wish you were holding me.” He continues to fire off barbs at his ex as “Lie” moves towards the chorus. “Isn’t it something, whenever you touch him you don’t feel nothing,” the frontman accuses. “Isn’t it something, how quickly your honesty just turns into make-believe.” Ouch. Like all of Lukas Graham’s best tracks, “Lie” is instantly catchy and very relatable. This sounds like a hit.
