Kygo and Chelsea Cutler team up for a breakup banger called 'Not Ok.'

After generating a huge organic following (300 million cumulative streams and a sold-out headline tour) as an indie artist, Chelsea Cutler is on the brink of a major commercial breakthrough. The 22-year-old landed a club hit earlier this year with “Not Okay” and recently rolled out her major label debut single, “How To Be Human.” The breakout star now rolls out the second taste of her debut LP and it’s a winner. A burst of twinkly lo-fi electronica, “You Are Losing Me” is a breakup anthem with unexpected bite.

“And I wish that I could change my point of view, so I could see you the way I want to,” Chelsea sings over cascading synths. “And I hope you realize what you put me through, you are losing me.” She drives the point home on the chorus. “You’re gonna wish that I wasn’t loving someone new, you’re gonna wish that I was sleeping next to you,” the newcomer warns. “You’re gonna wish that you never broke my heart in two and you weren’t losing me when I have already lost you.” If that isn’t a relatable sentiment, I don’t know what is.
