We chat with the rising country star about Stagecoach and 'The Experiment.'

The lineup for Stagecoach 2020 has been announced and it is a mouthwatering mix of country music heavyweights, crossover sensations and random outliers. Let’s start with the headliners. Thomas Rhett, Carrie Underwood and Eric Church have the honors at next year’s event. Given their hit-filled discographies, it’s hard to argue with any of those choices. Festival organizers also endeavored to include pop-dabbling acts like Dan + Shay, Morgan Wallen and Billy Ray Cyrus.

Speaking of the “Achy Breaky Heart” legend, Lil Nas X is also on the bill. It’s hard to imagine what he could perform for country fans apart from “Old Town Road” on repeat, but time will tell. Other surprising choices include Bryan Adams and ZZ Top. Stagecoach 2020 will kick off on April 24, 2020 and wind up on April 26. As usual, the festival will be held at the Empire Polo Fields in Indio, California and is destined to attract boot-scooting partygoers from all over the country.
