Innovative Promo: Kesha Opens Phone Hotline To Update Fans
Well, this is turning into a blessed day for pop fans. First Selena Gomez teases a comeback and now Kesha all but announces the start of her fourth era. How so? Well, the ever-innovative pop icon has created a phone hotline to keep fans in the loop. “Time’s runnin’ out to get blessed!!!!” the former K$ captions a hilarious video, which finds her dressed as an ’80s tele-evangelist. “Call now and add yourself to the hellraiser phonebook so I can always update you and bless you with some sacred secret information.”
It’s no secret that Kesha has a new album on the way. The 32-year-old recently told Billboard that the pop-centric opus that is due in December. “I dug through the emotional wreckage,” the hitmaker says in reference to 2017’s Rainbow. “I can go back to talking a little bit of shit. I really wanted to put a solid footprint back into pop music.” Her goal? “I don’t know if this is my last pop record, but I want to have one where I go out with a bang.”
