David Archuleta Drops 'Paralyzed'
The 'American Idol' alum releases a catchy new single called 'Paralyzed.'

David Archuleta is something of a master at spreading festive cheer. The American Idol alum has already released two Christmas albums and just re-issued 2018’s Winter In The Air with three new songs including a cover of NSYNC’s “Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays.” The 28-year-old rolled out video today (November 14) and it’s a feel-good romp with cameos from NSYNC members Lance Bass and Chris Kirkpatrick. They crash David’s dinner party, rocking comfy sweaters and bringing all kinds of holiday paraphernalia.

“I was so stoked that Lance and Chris were willing to make an appearance in my video of their song that’s becoming a classic Christmas song,” the “Paralyzed” singer reveals. “I wasn’t sure if they’d say yes, but I’m so glad that they were up for it and having some fun. It’s meant to be cheesy and light, and I hope people will get a kick watching it.” It turns out the NSYNC members were only too happy to oblige. “Everyone was so much fun to work with,” Chris raved, while Lance added: “It’s an honor to have David’s incredible voice cover this iconic song.”
