Ever since the '60s, people have loved to watch the eccentric frontman of Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne. He's so entertaining to observe that he's become a television personality along with the rest of his immediate family. Well, all but one family member: Ozzy and Sharon's firstborn, Aimée. When The Osbournes aired on MTV, Aimée was not present, causing many to be unaware that the rock couple had a third child. With all of the attention that Jack and Kelly have received from the show, you may wonder how Aimée feels. Read on to find out why she's glad she stayed out of it.

Aimée Osbourne is a musician and the eldest child of rockstar Ozzy Osbourne. Though you may not recognize her, it isn't hard to tell at first glance who her parents are. She has a striking resemblance to both Sharon and Ozzy, and an eclectic yet classy style to boot.

Like Ozzy, Aimée is the lead vocalist of a band, though hers isn't heavy metal. Instead, she creates synth-pop, a type of new wave music named after the prominent synthesizer instrument. The name of Aimée's group is her initials, ARO, and has been described as "eerily beautiful."

Aimée was born in 1983, a time when Ozzy was hot off releasing three stellar solo albums. She later appeared in a few documentaries that highlight the rockstar's music career. Still, she always sought out privacy.

In a radio interview with New York's Q1043, Aimée said, "For me, I had grown up around having a pretty well-known dad anyway, and ... I always really valued my privacy within that family." Rather than trying to capitalize on her father's fame, Aimée wanted to recede from it.

Though Aimée has her father's impeccable connection to music, she stood out in the family from a young age. Where the Osbournes are full of a wild liveliness, Aimée has a reserved wisdom about her. She's even joked that she was more mature when she was younger.

Considering she left home at the young age of 16, we would believe it. While speaking with Q1043, she went so far as to describe herself as a "loner" in her adolescence.

In an interview with The Talk, Sharon admitted that it broke her heart when Aimée moved out at such a young age. At the same time, she knew precisely why her eldest daughter was doing so. It wasn't because of teen angst, and it wasn't a phase.

Sharon explained, "She moved out because she didn't want to grow up on camera. She hated the idea — it was appalling to her." Many teens would kill to be on television, but Aimée was different.

Rather than being focused on the kind of external reality that shows project on TV, Aimée preferred to become lost in her thoughts. She explained to Q1043 that she would spend hours listening to music in her room and "creating this kind of inner world in my head."

She believed that being a reality star would mean submitting to the will of the producers, who are governed by ratings. While Aimée's animated family rose to reality TV fame, Aimée spent her time going in different direction.

Of the handful of productions that Aimée has been in, there were only two where she did not play herself. Most of the time she was on camera, it was in relation to her famous father. The first major production that she performed in was MTV's 2003 Wuthering Heights.

Aimée showed off her acting skills as the character Raquel alongside castmates Katherine Heigl and Mike Vogel. Her second acting performance was a voiceover role in the animated comedy Postman Pat.

Though Aimée appeared in a few fictional productions, she pumped the breaks when it came to establishing herself as an artist. She told Q1043 that part of her resistance to the limelight was that she wanted to "develop into a human being as opposed to just being remembered for being a teenager."

While she acknowledges that the show worked out well for the rest of her family, she is sure that the route wouldn't have worked for herself. She says it, "didn't really line up with what I saw my future as."

She Values Her Privacy

If there's one thing that big celebrities come to value, it's their privacy. The more famous you become, the more information gets passed on about you. With so many interpretations of who you are, it can be hard to remember who your true self is.

Perhaps the greatest sign of her wisdom is that she knew from a young age that privacy was something to be cherished. She told Q1043, "I always really valued my privacy."

Though Aimée is the obvious black sheep of the Osbourne family, she still appreciates them and is supportive of their success. She said that the show, "definitely worked great for the rest of my family."

She continued, "but for me, and who I am, I just knew it was never something that I would have been able to consider realistically." Being able to embrace the differences of even those closest to her is a testament to Aimée's strong sense of self.

Though Aimée formed ARO back in 2010, they've only performed a few times. The band's thousands of followers on Instagram are modest compared to that of her family members, but we have a feeling Aimée prefers it that way.

After all, the group has only released singles and has gone up to a year without a social media presence. Many of the things you'd expect someone to do to get famous, Aimée does the opposite. Perhaps that's the way she stays true to herself.

To top it off, Kelly became a star on The Osbournes, which even won an Emmy for Outstanding Reality Program. Kelly used the opportunity to launch her first album, Shut Up, which peaked at number 1.

She left the show in 2015 and became a judge on Australia's Got Talent the same year. It's clear that Kelly thrived in front of the camera, more specifically in front of people, regardless of what she was doing.

Since she's admitted that emotions impact her weight, the first order of business was making sure that she was mentally in a good place. That proved to be a challenge in the following year.
