A Famed Mystic
Baba Vanga is a world-renowned, yet mysterious, fortune teller. She was born in 1911 in Strumica, North Macedonia, and it's believed that she was given the gift of future sight after she lost her sense of vision when she was 12, granted to her by God. She's been called the blind clairvoyant and the 'Nostradamus of the Balkans' for her eerily accurate predictions over the years.
She's made yearly predictions all the way until 5079, so though she passed away in 1996, her words live on. She's accurately predicted events like the death of Princess Diana, the Chernobyl disaster, the COVID pandemic, and even her own death, down to the month and day.
So, what does she have to say about 2025?
The Fall Of A Continent
One of the biggest and most shocking predictions Baba Vanga has for 2025 is major conflict within Europe, something so extreme it risks the fall of the entire continent, or at the very least, many of the countries within it.
She didn't include any details regarding who would be involved or what exactly would go down, but she did write is that the conflict would be internal, and it would lead to a big reduction of population as well as total regional destruction.
Global Crisis
A step up from the European conflict prediction, Baba Vanga also said that there would be a global crisis. An extreme one at that.
She wrote about a string of catastrophes that she called the "beginning of the apocalypse" would take place throughout 2025, and though she didn't list exactly what these catastrophes would be, she said they would causes changes around the world. Not total human extinction, but something pretty close, it seems.
Advances In Science And Medicine
Both of those being said, her predictions weren't all bad or frightening. She also predicted that there will be major leaps in science and medicine, revolutionary discoveries that could change many things for the better.
Specifically, she listed advancements in lab-grown organs for transplants and ground-breaking cures for major illnesses such as cancer. She predicted that these advancements, whatever they end up being, could transform how we see healthcare and help millions of people, even extending some nations' life expectancies.
Development Of Telepathy
One of her more mysterious predictions is that humans will be able to communicate telepathically, meaning talking to one another using only our minds, starting in 2025.
It's unclear whether this will be a scientific advancement or something more spiritual, but given the previous prediction and the research being done into cerebral computing (like neuralink), it's likely the former. There's no predicting exactly how this type of development would impact the world, but it's rather fascinating to think about.
