Christina Aguilera is making us wait for any news about her forthcoming album, but she has a handful of other exciting projects in the works. Today (March 1), the superstar announced that she would be appearing as a guest judge on the tenth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. “It’s showtime! Let’s go girls. Don’t miss me on the season X premiere of @RuPaulsDragRace,” she posted alongside a video on Twitter. In the teaser she rocks a pastel pink wig and diamond-studded look complete with feather boa. As a voice over describes her as the “perfect” judge, the “Your Body” siren delivers a predictably sublime vocal performance.

The new season is set to premiere on March 22, and Xtina is one of the first confirmed guest judges. Last season Lady Gaga, Meghan Trainor and Kesha made headlines with their appearances on the show, and Christina certainly seems an ideal candidate. With her years of experience as a judge on NBC’s The Voice and larger-than-life personality, she is guaranteed to provide plenty of brilliant advice and color commentary. Although we are still waiting on the album, it is nice to see that the pop princess keeps busy between releases.

Speaking of new music, the 37-year-old does have a song called “Feels So Good” appearing on the soundtrack for Melissa McCarthy’s forthcoming movie, Life of the Party. So far we have heard a teaser, and it sounds like a high-energy anthem. Regarding the elusive CA8, reports suggest her caviar ratchet opus is on the way, but we are unsure when. Last time Legend X provided an update, she kept things to the point by promising “it’s coming bitches.” Eventually. Check out her official announcement below!
