Wait a second, did Justin Bieber get another tattoo while we weren’t looking? While deep in the heart of Texas this past Memorial Day weekend, the fragrance mogul uploaded photos to Twitter of himself fishing. We were less interested in the Billboard Music Award winner‘s catch of the day and more focused on what appears to be a new star tattoo on the pop star’s left elbow.
