Iggy Azalea Vandalizes A Jet In Flashy “Team” Video
After cornering the market on colorful videos with an in-depth narrative (“Black Widow” and “Trouble”), Iggy Azalea changes lanes in her flashy “Team” visual. The Australian rapper opts for a more traditional hip-hop video with the emphasis on money, luxury and good old bling. However, the 25-year-old gives the tried-and-tested treatment an interesting twist with special effects alluding to the theme and title of her album, Digital Distortion.
Directed by Fabien Montique, the clip begins with Iggy looking extremely fly behind the wheel of her sports car. The “AZILLION” diva then heads to the airport (in ridiculous/amazing heels) and makes her way through customs with a suitcase full of spray cans. There’s a futuristic feel to this scene that works particularly well. From there, she indulges in a little graffiti — on a jet, no less — and busts out a little choreography. Watch up top.
